Do I need to be home while you work?
No. As long as we have safe access to the property and the areas being cleaned, you're welcome to leave us to it. We'll send you before and after photos when we're done.
Is the roof treatment safe for pets and plants?
Yes, when applied properly. We pre-wet surrounding plants, use a diluted biodegradable treatment, and rinse down afterwards. We'll ask you to keep pets indoors for the couple of hours we're treating the roof.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain doesn't affect a pure-water window or solar clean — the water on your glass is cleaner than the rain. For roof soft washing we need a dry window of a few hours, so we'll reschedule at no charge if the weather turns.
